What kinds of businesses do you work with?

We focus on owner-operated small to medium businesses with either: a high volume of transactions (think more than 20 per month) or a lot of text-based work (e.g. contracts, bid documents etc.). We’ve worked with businesses ranging from home services to coffee shops.

How do we start? What does the first 2-3 weeks of a project look like?

We’ll start by signing an NDA that covers how we use, store and move your data, as well as how we’ll get rid of it once our contract is completed. Then we move onto data mapping and a business overview. It’s important to us to be on the same page as a business leader. This is a good time to catch any missing information and align our understanding of the business’s focus.

Do you offer a pilot before a full engagement?

Yes! We always offer a free consultation and detailed proposal before starting. This can include a pilot or mock deliverables like a dashboard so you understand what we’re offering before we get started.

Pricing & Plans

What does this cost?

We charge a one-time fee for data collection + set-up, as well as a business overview. This includes a financial overview, sales history, customer segmentation and competitive analysis. Data analytics is an ongoing process, so most of our clients continue to our monthly plan. This ranges from $250-$750/ month.

You give a range of prices. How do I know what I’ll pay?

Our project set-up cost varies depending on the size and complexity of the business, as well as how organized your online presence is. One social media account and a POS setup will cost less than five social media accounts, two websites, three locations and a custom inventory system. We can work with you to find a good price point, and spread out payments to help you manage cash flow.

Monthly membership prices change based on the number of in person meetings you’d like.

Security, privacy & compliance

How do you keep our data safe?

Your data is never entered into an LLM, and any chatbot or custom LLM solutions we offer you will always be locally hosted (so no information is passed back to OpenAI, Google etc.). We use LLMs like ChatGPT to improve our business and speed up operations, but we never expose your proprietary information. This is included in the NDA we sign with clients before any work can start.

Do you process personal or payment data?

All personal customer data is anonymized into unique customer IDs before we perform any customer segmentation or further analysis. We don’t store phone numbers, email addresses or customer payment information.
