We focus on owner-operated businesses who have been in business for at least 2 years.That’s so that we have enough information to work with when making our recommendations. If you haven’t been in business for 2 years, we’re still happy to chat! We can always share some recommendations for systems you could build and maintain yourself. 

The main industries we serve are: home services, specialty construction companies (engineering firms, sub-contractors etc), and food service businesses. The line we hear most often is: I’m working more, revenue is growing, but profit isn’t changing.
